The Y-type stainless steel filter valve, with its unique Y-type flow channel design, significantly reduces fluid resistance (pressure loss is only 1/3 of that of the straight pipe section), and is made of 304/316 stainless steel or duplex stainless steel. It has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance (tolerance to acid, alkali, and high-temperature media) and long life. The filter screen accuracy is flexible and adjustable (18-30 mesh for water media, 40-100 mesh for gas), which can effectively intercept impurities such as rust and sand, and supports quick disassembly and cleaning or automatic backwashing, which is convenient for maintenance. It is mainly used in industrial pipeline protection (such as pump and valve front end), chemical and petroleum corrosive media filtration, food and pharmaceutical sanitary purification, municipal sewage treatment and energy fields (such as natural gas impurity removal and semiconductor ultrapure water preparation), effectively preventing equipment clogging and wear, and improving system stability and production efficiency.
