The turbine wafer centerline butterfly valve combines the lightweight design of the butterfly valve with the efficient controllability of the turbine transmission. It has the advantages of compact structure, labor-saving operation (the wafer design saves space, the turbine mechanism reduces the opening and closing torque, and supports manual/electric operation) and excellent sealing (using soft sealing materials such as EPDM rubber, two-way zero leakage, and adaptability to positive and negative pressure conditions). Its streamlined butterfly plate design can effectively reduce flow resistance and improve flow regulation accuracy. It is suitable for water treatment, HVAC, fire protection systems (such as emergency shut-off and signal feedback), petrochemicals (corrosion-resistant media) and food and medicine (sanitary pipelines). The valve body material is mainly ductile iron, which has both strength and corrosion resistance. The operating temperature covers -10℃~120℃, and the pressure level reaches 16Bar.
