The valve is compact in design, small in size and light in weight. The sealing ring is mostly movable and easy to disassemble and replace. Some models adopt top-loading structure, which supports online maintenance and reduces equipment downtime. The sealing surface material is mostly made of plastic or metal reinforced structure. When fully open/fully closed, the sealing surface is isolated from the medium to avoid corrosion. Some models use wedge-shaped sealing design to ensure the sealing reliability under high pressure difference. Carbon steel material combined with anti-corrosion coating such as agate gray is suitable for high temperature and high pressure environment (such as J41H-40C model), while resisting medium erosion.
